Canned Reports

TickeTrak comes with a number of Canned Reports that cover a number of common Report functions and uses. These Reports should not be edited. Instead, if you wish to make changes to them, save the Report under a different name.

The following is a summary of the current Canned Reports, formatted as:

Appeal

All Open Appeals by Date	List of Tickets with the On Appeal status. Includes Online and Manual Appeals.
All Open Online Appeals	List of Tickets with the On Appeal status. Only includes Online Appeals.
Appeal Results by Judgement Date	List of Appeals with Judgements.
Hearing Schedule	Hearing Schedule sorted by Hearing Date.
On Appeal with Note Search - Manual or Online	List of Tickets with On Appeal status. Includes Online and Manual Appeals. Enter the Manual On Appeal Code for Tickets Appealed Manually, or enter the Online Appeal Code for Appeals made Online. This Report cannot include both types of Appeal without producing duplicate entries.
Online Appeals by Appeal Date	List of Tickets that were Appealed Online.

Boot Tow

Boot/Tow records with Account ID and License Plate.

Code Listing

Active Permit Types	List of active Permit Types.
Fee Code Listing	List of Fees.
Template Letter Listing	List of Template Letters.

Finance

Aged Account Receivable	Account Receivable report, grouped by the time frame specified.
All Payment Report by Transaction Date	All Payments received by Transaction Date. Includes Permits created, pending, denied, and approved, and Tickets paid In Office and Online.
All Transactions by Type	Ticket and Permit payments with Payment Types, sorted by Payment Date.
Cash Drawer Reconciliation Report by Cash Drawer	Cash Drawer report by Cash Drawer Number and Transaction Date, with Date, Time, Cashier, Pay Type, Receipt, Amount and Drawer Closed information.
Cash Drawer Reconciliation Report All	Cash Drawer report for all Drawers, with Date, Time, Cashier, Pay Type, Receipt, Amount, and Drawer Closed information.
Cash Drawer Reconciliation Report Date Range	Cash Drawer report by Date Range, sorted by Cash Drawer.
End of Day by Type *	List of payments by Payment Type, Transaction Date, and Cash Drawer Number.
End of Day Listing *	All transactions by Date, with detail.
End of Day Summary *	All transactions by Date, grouped by Payment Types.
Office Transaction Report by Transaction Date	All transactions by Transaction Date. Only includes payments taken In Office for Permits and Tickets.

Write Off	List of all Fines and Fees that have been Written Off, by Write Off Date.

*E-commerce transactions for Pending Permits will only show on the End of Day Reports on the day they are requested. Once they are approved they will no longer show on the End of Day Reports.

Late Fees

Late Fee Level 1	List of Tickets that have a Level 1 Late Fee by Late Fee Date, including Ticket Issue Amount, Vehicle, and Current Amount Due information.
Late Fee Level 2	List of Tickets that have a Level 2 Late Fee by Late Fee Date, including Ticket Issue Amount, Vehicle, and Current Amount Due information.
Late Fee Level 3	List of Tickets that have a Level 3 Late Fee by Late Fee Date, including Ticket Issue Amount, Vehicle, and Current Amount Due information.
Tickets with Late Fees All	List of Tickets with any Level of Late Fee by Late Fee Date, including Ticket Issue Amount, Vehicle, and Current Amount Due information.

Notice Level 1	List of Tickets with Notice Level 1 by Notice Date, with Ticket, Vehicle, and Person information.
Notice Level 2	List of Tickets with Notice Level 2 by Notice Date, with Ticket, Vehicle, and Person information.

List of active Payment Plans with Payment Due Dates.

Duplicate Person Search	Search for more than one Person record by Last Name using a wildcard (LastName%).
Person Credits Report	List of Person Credits by ID, including Credit Amount and Account Amount Due balances.
Person Import by Entry Date	List of Persons included in Import by Entry Date.

Permit

Duplicate Permits by Account ID	List of Persons who have more than one non-expired Permit.
Permit Address Labels Online Permit	Labels for Online Permit Batch Letters.
Permit Refunds/Credits	Includes all Person Credits. Will produce duplicates if more than one Credit has been applied to the Person Account.
Permits by Issue Date	Permits by Issue Date, with Person and Licenses Plate and State information.
