Modules

All modules have an Action Bar.

Action Bar

• Alerts - Alerts appear in the Action Bar as a red triangle with an exclamation point inside it. Clicking on this icon will show what the Alert is for.

• Soft Messages - Soft messages appear when certain actions have been performed. They confirm that the action has been completed successfully and disappear after a few seconds.

• Notes - View or add Notes to an entry.

• Attachments - View or add Attachments to an entry.

• Action Menus - Each module will have its own options under its Action Menu.

If a Field in a module has a Default Value set up, you can press the Insert key on your keyboard to automatically enter that value.
