TTMA 4.0 Self Update Instructions

To update a handheld, log into the application and tap the three dots at the top right of the screen. Then tap Settings.

At the bottom of the Settings page, you will find a new “Download App. Update” button.

Tap on it to open the TTMobile Update website.

Log in to the site with you Customer ID and Password. If you do not have this information, contact Cardinal Support.

Download Button

Tap the Download button.

If the device says the app may be insecure, click Download Anyways or the equivalent option.

Open File Notification

Once the download has finished, tap Open in the notification that appears on the phone.

If the notification does not appear or is erased before it is tapped on, the file can be found in My Files and then the Downloads folder. It may have a parenthetical number after it. Find the APK with today’s date on it and tap it.
